1. Important Notice: Non-Custodial Service

Hyra One is a self-custodial (non-custodial) cryptocurrency wallet. This is the most important aspect of our privacy model:

• We DO NOT store your Private Keys or Secret Recovery Phrases.
• Your private keys are generated and encrypted locally on your device (utilizing secure hardware elements like the iOS Secure Enclave where available).
• We have no access to your funds. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your device and backing up your Secret Recovery Phrase. If you lose your phrase, we cannot recover your wallet for you.

2. Information We Collect

We adhere to a data minimization principle. We only collect information that is necessary for the App to function.

A. Information You Provide Directly

• Support Data: If you contact us for customer support (via email or other channels), we may collect your name, email address, and the content of your message to assist you.
• Account Information (Optional): If you choose to sign up for newsletters or specific promotional events, we may collect your contact details.

B. Automatically Collected Information

• Device & Technical Data: To ensure app stability and improvement, we may collect anonymous technical data such as your device model, operating system version (iOS), unique device identifiers (for push notifications, if enabled), and crash logs.
• IP Addresses & RPC: When you use Hyra One to interact with a Blockchain (e.g., checking balances, sending transactions), your requests are routed through Remote Procedure Call (RPC) nodes. By default, your IP address may be visible to us or our RPC providers solely for the purpose of routing the request and preventing DDoS attacks. We do not use this data to profile you personally.

C. Public Blockchain Data

When you execute a transaction through Hyra One, transaction details (sender address, receiver address, token amount, timestamp) are recorded on the public Blockchain. This is the nature of decentralized technology and is outside our control. This data is publicly accessible via Blockchain Explorers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Service Provision: To operate the App and facilitate your interaction with the blockchain.
• Customer Support: To diagnose and resolve technical issues you report.
• Security: To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse.
• Product Improvement: To analyze usage trends (anonymously) to improve the user experience and interface of the App.

4. Disclosure of Your Information

We DO NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following situations:

• Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating our infrastructure (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics providers, RPC node providers).
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities, in compliance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates or applicable international laws.
• Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

The App may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, Decentralized Applications (DApps), or services (e.g., MoonPay, Uniswap). If you access these services, please be aware that they operate under their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information.

• Private keys are encrypted and stored in the device's secure storage (Keychain/Secure Enclave).
• We support biometric authentication (FaceID/TouchID) to restrict access to the App.

However, please remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for securing your own device.

7. Your Data Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data, including:

• Right to Access: You may request copies of the personal data we hold about you (if any).
• Right to Deletion: You may request that we delete your personal data (excluding immutable data on the public Blockchain).
