These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Hyra One (the “App”, “Wallet”, or “Service”), operated by HYRA TEK SMART SOLUTIONS L.L.C (“HYRA”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By downloading, accessing, or using Hyra One, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use Hyra One. By using the App, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Service Description

Hyra One is a non-custodial Web3 wallet that enables users to:

  • Create and manage blockchain wallet addresses
  • Store, view, and manage supported digital assets
  • Send and receive crypto-assets
  • Connect with decentralized applications (“dApps”)

Hyra One is not a bank, broker, exchange, or custodian. We do not hold or control your funds.

3. Non-Custodial Wallet & User Responsibility

Hyra One is a self-custody wallet. You are solely responsible for:

  • Securing your seed phrase / recovery phrase
  • Securing private keys and access credentials
  • Preventing unauthorized access to your device
  • All transactions initiated through your wallet
Important: If you lose your recovery phrase, you may permanently lose access to your wallet and assets. HYRA cannot recover it.

4. No Financial Advice

Nothing in Hyra One constitutes financial, investment, trading, legal, or tax advice. HYRA does not recommend or endorse any digital assets.

You acknowledge that cryptocurrency markets are volatile and risky.

5. Supported Networks & Digital Assets

Hyra One may support multiple blockchain networks and assets. HYRA may add, modify, or remove supported assets at any time.

You are responsible for ensuring compatibility when sending or receiving assets. Assets sent to an unsupported network/address may be permanently lost.

6. Transactions Are Irreversible

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Once you confirm a transaction, HYRA cannot cancel it, reverse it, or recover funds sent to incorrect addresses.

Transactions may be delayed or fail due to network conditions beyond HYRA’s control.

7. Fees

Hyra One may display or calculate:

  • Blockchain transaction fees (“gas”)
  • Optional service fees (if applicable)

Blockchain fees are determined by network activity and are paid to blockchain validators/miners. Any HYRA service fee will be disclosed before you confirm.

8. Third-Party Services & dApps

Hyra One may allow you to connect or interact with third-party services such as:

  • dApps
  • Smart contracts
  • Bridges
  • Swaps or external providers
  • NFT marketplaces
  • Payment/on-ramp providers

These third parties are independent of HYRA. HYRA does not control or assume liability for third-party services.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Hyra One for:

  • Unlawful activity of any kind
  • Fraud, theft, scams, phishing
  • Hacking, malware distribution, or interference with systems
  • Money laundering or terrorist financing
  • Violations of sanctions or export regulations

HYRA may restrict access where required by law or for security protection.

10. Security Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that loss may occur due to:

  • Device loss or compromise
  • Malware, keyloggers, SIM swap, phishing
  • User error
  • Network or smart contract vulnerabilities

HYRA is not responsible for losses caused by user negligence or third-party attacks.

11. Intellectual Property

Hyra One and its content, branding, design, and software are owned by HYRA TEK SMART SOLUTIONS L.L.C and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, distribute, or resell any part of the App unless legally permitted.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Hyra One is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind.

HYRA does not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted access
  • Bug-free operation
  • Support for any specific blockchain asset
  • That tokens will retain value

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HYRA shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of digital assets
  • Transaction errors
  • Incorrect wallet addresses
  • Failed blockchain confirmations
  • Third-party service failures
  • Market price volatility

If liability is found, HYRA’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to HYRA for the Service in the last 12 months (if any).

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HYRA and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from claims or liabilities arising from your misuse of Hyra One or breach of these Terms.

15. Termination

You may stop using Hyra One at any time.

HYRA may suspend or restrict access to the App if required for legal compliance, security reasons, or violation of these Terms.

16. Updates to Terms

HYRA may revise these Terms. The updated version will be effective upon posting with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use indicates acceptance.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, as relevant to HYRA TEK SMART SOLUTIONS L.L.C.
